use Magical Express or not?

If you use the magical express to get from the airport how long does it take to get to WDW? Does it drop you off at your resort? Is it better to take a car service? Also, where along the way can you buy some milk, snacks, pop for the room before getting to WDW? I am sure you can buy it at WDW but much more expense. Anyone that has taken the Magical Express your input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Though I have yet to use it, I have heard very good things regarding the Magical Express. On past trips if we waited a few days to pick up our rental car we would always use Tiffany Towncar. This way we could make a stop and stock our fridge. I doubt Magic Express stops anywhere because the whole point is to get you to WDW as fast as possible so you can spend your money there.

I am also curious as to what people think about the program. Though I have an additional question to add... I read on a competitor's website that the videos they play on the Magical Express are outdated and promote things no longer at WDW (i.e. Cinderellabration). On the return trip back to the airport they promote things that are "opening soon" like EE. Has anyone used Magical Express lately? Has management addressed this yet?

Magical Express was excellent and free. I think the fact it is free negates any additional costs of buying snacks and drinks on site. But the videos are indeed out of date (as of 4 weeks ago anyay).

On our last trip in February, they were showing cars characters. They had a little bit with lightning talking with mater. We were like who are these characters? We hadn't even heard of the movie yet. At least at that time it seemed updated. I guess we'll see in five days if they are still showing old footage!:)

We were there in August and on the return trip to the airport they played ice age the meltdown, but it was really early in the morning so who cares. I found the service to be excellent, we arrived just before noon, waited maybe 15 minutes to board and we were on our way to the parks. We stayed at All Star Sports and our bus went to all the All Star Resorts and Sports was the first in line. The driver tried to keep us all entertained with some trivia questions but everyone was ready to gfet there and hit the parks. Our luggage arrived a couple of hours later (I was at the MK and the girls took a nap, we flew in on a red eye from Cali) Since our outgoing flight was so early we did have to check our bags at the airport leaving but we had plenty of time. We have a trip booked for the week before Thanksgiving 07 and will use it again. We are staying at Pop Century this time, with dining package and I spend mot of my time at the parks so food in my room isnt that big a deal.
