That's a really fantastic picture. And you can see how crowded the park is, but really, it's very beautiful and I know I'd be thrilled to see the T-Birds flying over MK.

I just let my friend know. They arrive on Sunday, and though they were planning on being in Epcot on Tuesday, they could always pop over to the MK for a couple hours. (Or at least keep an eye out while in Epcot in case their flightpath brings them closeby)

The Thunderbirds were here back in the spring performing at Maxwell AFB. They could be seen and HEARD all over downtown as they rehearsed getting the feel of the airspace. They always put on a spectacular show.

Orlando Attractions posted on Facebook that they caught the flyover. They will probably have either video or pictures up on their site later this evening.

We got there about 5 minutes before the fly-over so we didn't see a whole lot of what was going on, but here are the few shots that I did get:

I love military flyovers. I was at Yankee Stadium on the one year aniversary of 9/11, and they had a squadron of F-18s just back from Afghanistan fly over during the ceremonies. I still get chills thinking about it.

Is it me or is there something wrong with this picture from Disney Parks Quick Hits. (It is a cool picture, though)

Why are there trees and grass in the FLE? Is this an old picture?
