Picture yourself sitting on a Disneyland ride, watching and enjoying all that the park’s ride has to offer, including the state-of-the-art animatronics. But upon further inspection, something isn’t right. Maybe it’s too dark to see it clearly, but you’re pretty sure something is off.
That happened to many parkgoers this week when they encountered some malfunctions in a few attractions, including Ariel’s Undersea Adventure at California Adventure and Pirates of the Caribbean at Disneyland Paris. The heads of some of the animatronic characters fell off their bodies.
Parkgoers took to social media to share the decapitated animatronics while poking fun at the fact that Disneyland’s usually pristine setups weren’t quite up to standard.<<
