Is this mostly blue sky planning?
Concepts like a new hub, WOL, Seas, Imagination, Epcot Hotel, Even the Space Restaurant (which does not even look like it is close to ground breaking yet)seem to be great theoretical talking points for the future, but not anything that will realistically be done.

No, it’s more concrete than blue sky. Same for hub, hotel and the TSR.

Hopefully that entails a final fix for the Anglerfish. That’s such a waste of a great effect. It’s the only worthy show scene in the entire ride. (When working)

All this is great, but if I'm visiting WDW, I'm not driving to the Florida Aquarium, the Georgia aquarium, or any other aquarium. I'm at Disney.

Anglerfish seems to be a lost cause when they can't activate a simple mechanical effect. What's so difficult about getting 'Chum' to pop out of the submarine as you go by?!

Yes, or scaled back as it probably scared kids (and probably some adults). If you look closely he does move ever so slightly, or at least he did at some point. I thought it was silly from the time it opened.

Indeed - I remember hearing back when the ride was in previews that it was determined he projected too far out into the ride envelope and was shut off.
