Is this mostly blue sky planning?
Concepts like a new hub, WOL, Seas, Imagination, Epcot Hotel, Even the Space Restaurant (which does not even look like it is close to ground breaking yet)seem to be great theoretical talking points for the future, but not anything that will realistically be done.
No, it’s more concrete than blue sky. Same for hub, hotel and the TSR.

Life and Imag are pre blue.

All this is great, but if I'm visiting WDW, I'm not driving to the Florida Aquarium, the Georgia aquarium, or any other aquarium. I'm at Disney.

Thank you for saying exactly what I was thinking.

My (almost) 4 year old gets off of Nemo with her sister and says, "Daddy, I did not care for that ride....it was too short". What does that tell you?
It tells me you're quoting the opinions of a 3 year old (but almost 4).

My understanding was that this function was turned off.
Yes, or scaled back as it probably scared kids (and probably some adults). If you look closely he does move ever so slightly, or at least he did at some point. I thought it was silly from the time it opened.
