Okay so being that I was SUPER excited to make my 180 ADR's I got caught up in the moment and did my Pre Trip Report as well :shrug:
Can you blame me though?
Well naturally with me being a planning freak, and someone always looking for a better easier way to do something TONS of stuff has changed.
Like there are some new Cast Members coming along. Let's start on them.
Joining us mid way through the trip are...
Brian (my brother) and his girlfriend Tanya. Brian is 27 and Tanya I BELIEVE is 25?
Not sure but they were both with us our engagement trip last September. As of 3 weeks ago they were not coming. On the day they decided they could not swing it this year they called me and broke the news while heading to a church fair. 1 hour later my phone rings and I answer it and it is Brian on the other end saying "Yeah you just bought a raffle ticket at the fare and won $2,500 and are going to Disney World now". (We talk really weird like that to each other all the time, so for you people who don't get it what he said was. Hey I just won $2,500 at the fair and we are coming to Disney now). I guess they were meant to be there this year, eh?
DJ (softball buddy) and his girlfriend Christine. DJ and I were in the on deck circle and started talking about Disney for some reason and he was mentioning how he LOVED Epcot and never went to MK, AK, or DHS. Later that week we went to his new house for dinner and Colleen and I talked him into it! He booked 3 days ago! They have no idea what they are in for. We can't wait to show them the world!
Carrie and her son Brent. Carrie is a single mom whom we met last September on a bus trip to DHS. I don't know what or how it happened but her and Colleen started chatting and the next thing we know we are meeting them for Fantasmic, for rides, for pool trips late night at the resort! Carrie I am not really sure how old she is my guess 35-38 and her son Brent is 12 I think?

Now we booked this trip on the bounce-back offer while we were on vacation LAST September. So not only were we ON vacation but we had this one planned a year later and one in between in December. (Are we nuts)??? We booked from September 7th through September 20th. We both got a little more greedy around February and decided let's add another day on. So I called and changed it to the 21st!!!
Anyways I was watching southwest.com like a hawk for them to release airfare for our travel dates. Ahhhh the day came and airfare was $79 to fly to MCO. BOOKED! I usually pay $69 but I figured prices go up so $79 must me the deal this year. The flight to come home was $150!!! We waited on that. So everyday I would log on to check and 3 weeks ago it hit $89. We went and got our Southwest gift cards and bought the flight home.
Now me being very about stuff like this and knowing that Southwest will allow you change your flights if it becomes cheaper I still logged on EVERY DAY and checked. 2 weeks ago much to my pleasure flights to MCO, and back to Pittsburgh went down to $49!!!! I immediately re-booked our flights, got my flight credits and booked Brian and Tanya's flights. With the money I got from Brian and Tanya for my flight credits...yeah you guessed it...we added another day :shrug:
So now our new trip is from September 6th through September 21st!
Let's get this Free Dining, Park Hopping, Water Park visiting pre trip report going!
Day 1: Monday September 6th.
We leave Pittsburgh PA at 9:10am and are scheduled to land in Orlando at 11:25am. Hopefully that goes safe and smooth. Southwest ALWAYS gets us there 20-25 minutes ahead of schedule too. Once we get on the Magical Express and get to Pop Century and check in we will head to The Magic Kingdom! We have a ADR at California Grill at 5:40pm. This is a first for us both and we are both very excited to try it! After that we will head back to MK for Wishes! We may go back to the California Grill and watch from the roof. I have not made up my mind on that yet.
Day 2: Tuesday September 7th.
Start the day off at Epcot. We have our first of many ADR's at Le Celier. Todays ADR is at 4:05pm. We will then get back to MK for Wishes...again!
Day 3: Wednesday September 8th.
We have an 11:20am ADR at Chef Mickey's. This is our first time having breakfast there. We will then go to MK. Get on The Monorail and hit 1900 Park Fare for our other ADR at 4:45pm. This is the first time eating here as well. After that it is Wishes again!
Day 4: Thursday September 9th.
DHS today! But first we have an ADR at Tutto Italia at 1pm. We will THEN make it over to DHS where Fantasmic will be showing at 8:30pm.
Day 5: Friday September 10th.
Not a day soon enough...Typhoon Lagoon! Thanks to TakeMeThere81 we found an awesome underwater case for my camera to take pics, and video while in the pool, slides, reef, and gusher! We also have a Coral Reef ADR at 5:30pm so we will finish our night in Epcot with Illuminations at 9pm and the park stays open till 12am tonight!
Day 6: September 11th.
We start out in Animal Kingdom today. We don't normally spend a TON of time here so we will probably be here 3 hours tops? We have our second ADR at Le Celier tonight at 5:30pm. Illuminations at 9!
Day 7: September 12th.
DJ & Christine arrive today! We have a 5pm ADR at Teppan Edo for the 4 of us. We will then get on over to MK to catch Wishes at 9! MK is open until midnight tonight!
Day 8: September 13th.
Blizzard Beach the first half of the day. After that we will get back to the resort, change and head to DHS. We have a 7:15 ADR at 50's Prime Time Cafe. DHS is open till 10pm tonight on some EMH!
Day 9: September 14th.
Brian and Tanya arrive today! The first half of the day is gonna be used at Typhoon Lagoon! After that we have a ADR for Liberty Tree Tavern at 5:45pm then its Boo...to you! And trick...or treat! Its boo to you and boo to you and boo to you and you and you and you Happy Halloween!!! First Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party of the year! This should be a fun time! DJ & Christine are coming as well!
Day 10: September 15th.
Its Blizzard Beach the first part of the day today! After that Colleen and I have an ADR at Tony's Town Square at 5pm. Wishes at 8pm! Then ADR at Narcoossees at 9:55pm! Can't wait for that! Colleen has never eaten at Tony's and we are both rookies to Narcoossees! Surf N Turf! We already know.
Day 11: September 16th.
Animal Kingdom the first part of the day. After that we will head to DHS where we have a 5:20pm ADR at Sci-Fi Dine Inn Theater! Fantasmic is at 8:30pm!
Day 12: September 17th.
Its PROBABLY going to be a split between our favorite water parks and Epcot. Right now I have just Epcot with a Le Celier at 1:15pm and another at 8:30pm. One of those 2 I will give to my brother. We will probably take the later ADR and hit up a water park for the last time on our trip! EMH at Epcot till 12am tonight!
Day 13: September 18th.
DJ & Christine fly home out of MCO at 3:30. We have a 4:00pm ADR at Biergarten. After that we will either stay in Epcot, go to Downtown Disney, or go to MK for a surprise MNSSHP for Colleen. Have not made up my mind on that yet!
Day 14: September 19th.
Our last full day in MK. Yeah like we need a "full" day there :hammer:
We have an ADR at Chef Mickey's at 5:00pm. MK is EMH tonight until 12am!
Day 15: September 20th.
Last full day in Epcot. Again I have 2 ADR's at Le Celier. 1 of them I will again give to my brother depending on what we wanna do. The reason for the indecision and double ADR's is because we want to try the burger once. Silly? Yeah probably. But that is how we roll son. We are gonna squeeze in Beaches and Cream as well. I GOTTA have that No Way Jose
Illuminations at 9pm then we start to really wonder where this long vacation vanished too. Its a LOOONG one but it will go very quick, I know this. Time is flying by now...during what is supposed to be the grueling part.
Day 16: September 21st.
Well this is it. We will get up, check our bags in at concierge and probably head to MK for a last couple of hours. We will do HM, PotC, Splash, BTMR, and hopefully Space one last time before we leave. Our flight is at 6:50pm so we will have to be back at Pop by 3:30pm to be safe. Our flight lands in Pittsburgh at 9:05pm.
