UPcoming trip paperwork...

We booked a package vacation trip (9/14-9/21) and booked w/Magical Express a while back. We have yet to receive anything via mail. Everything confirmed via email but nothing confirmed and in print. Is this the "norm" now? Our last trip was back in 2005 so it's been a while and I'm sure things have changed since. I'm a little "concerned" with our trip being only 2 weeks away....

I would call Disney about never receiving mail from them. Usually they send 30 days out...

I would call. We are going 11/21-11/29 and we got our Magic Express stuff a month ago.

We are going to be there 9/21-9/28 and got our envelope last week. I would call and confirm they have the correct address. Have fun on your vacation!!

Traveling 9/17-9/23 and received my "blue envelope" with hotel etc about 2 weeks ago. Never received ME because I forgot to call and tell them my flight numbers. Once I called, my ME arrived within 2 weeks. I would call DIsney to see what the hold up is. They will mail you another packet immediately. Don't worry and have a wonderful trip!

...no response so far (trip 11 days away). Each time I've called they've said they would get back to me. NOTHING yet. I'm scared a little. Have confirmation numbers, plane tix, etc. but NOTHING from Disney themselves except the confirmation number for our package. WHAT'S UP DISNEY?????

I completely agree with @stevehousse. Based on my experiences and everything I've ever been told, you should have received these materials a few weeks ago. We're arriving on the 19th of Sept. and I got our DME tags/ppwk something like 2 or 3 weeks ago. I'd call pronto.

Keep calling for your info, we recieved our ME envelope and our other envelope (with the reservation ing/coupons) about two weeks ago and we are checking in sept 23...

I thought it was odd. We have never got ours that early before, and not only did we get it, we also got a seperate envelope on the same day with our additional tags since we are flying Southwest.

we arrive the 19th, and got ours a few weeks ago...you should definately call, and ask to speak with someone with DME, not the usual customer service people, i had an issue with it in February, when the rest of my party hadn't received theirs, had to get them to fedex it to me.

I agree, We usually get our documents for our clients about 3 weeks out from their arrival date. Definitely give a call to see what's up. Marie
