As a handful of you would know, Pixar had announced a few projects that are currently in the works. Now one of them would be one on dinosaurs, with an interesting twist - what if the dinosaur extinction never happened? More info here at http://pixartimes.com/2011/08/21/d23-2011-a-few-more-details-on-pixars-dinosaur-movie/
Also, another contender for the next upcoming film would be focusing on the human mind... I know what long-gone attraction WDW-fans are reminded of...

Fingers crossed, guys!

Not a Pixar fan.

They're telling very simple stories with even simpler animation.

Every film they make has the same big bobblehead figures, too crude, no substance, no style.

For example, the stereotypical Pixar giant noggin'....

Pixar is stuck on huge, ponderous craniums. Every film, every character all the same look.

It's tiresome, for the rep they carry they could at the very least branch out a bit visually.

So what you're telling me is the movies are bad because most females have similar heads...What are your thoughts on real life females having similar heads?

My point was this...

"It's tiresome, for the rep they carry they could at the very least branch out a bit visually."

It's my opinion, if you don't share it that's more than fine.

I love the idea of pixar making a movie about dinosaurs. This actually excites me more than monsters university, unless of course the dinosaurs have big heads. :animwink: The bigger question is this, when does the debate start over if it is acceptable to overlay this film into universe of energy.

Oh boy. Let alone if the 'film about the mind' follows in the footsteps of Cranium Command, then it looks like Buzzy could be evicted any second now. XC

Boo and Merida don't even have that big of heads...

Well, sadly they've confirmed it. *headdesk* Be glad Pixar distanced themselves away from it. What's next, The Monorail? XC

"Toy Story 2.25 : Andy's Best Christmas"
"The Dancing/Rapping Puppy Advenure"
"Untitled Dinosaur Movie"

Seriously though, "Brave" looks interesting, but I'd like to know if that earthquake movie is still in development.

Thread bump...

From http://www.slashfilm.com/pete-docters-pixar-film-set-young-girls-mind/

Pete Docter, from Monsters, Inc. and Up, is doing a new film that takes place inside of a girl’s mind and it is about her emotions as characters, and that is unlike anything you’ve ever seen.

Sounds like it's sorta like this old ride at a former pavilion at a theme park formerly known as EPCOT... So, uhm, I think I've seen something like it before.
