Unpopular Disney Movie Opinions

I’m completely over Toy Story and the fact that 4 won the Oscar for best animated film kind of upsets me, regardless of how good the actual animation quality was. Plus, I don’t really like the trend of animation trying to be as realistic as possible. Realism is not what I watch animated movies for.

I honestly wouldn’t even put one of the Toy Story films in my top 3 Pixar. That cow’s been milked dry and I can’t believe people want a fifth. I get it, the characters are iconic and beloved, but enough is enough.

As for the live-actions remakes, while I have only seen a few of them, they just strike me as gaudy and trying too hard to cash in on nostalgia. And while a good chunk of people want for Disney to stop making them and ruining their favorites, others make lists of what movies they want remade. I want them to stop, but I know it doesn’t matter what I think cause they’re gonna keep on comin’
