Yeah... no disrespect meant here, but this isn't a good plan at all. It reads like you looked at the map, drew a circle and called it a touring plan.

This would be the "wait in many long lines and miss HRRR all together" plan.

Better plan: Stay at a Universal hotel. Ride Rockit first since it doesn't have an express line, then ride everything else in whatever order you feel like, since you'll basically walk right onto every ride.

In response to Alexx, that plan involves a serious amount of backtracking which kills precious early morning minutes - going from Rockit, to Simpsons, to Mummy, to MIB, to Shrek... You basically just keep switching sides of the park.
