That was the run away train that was part of studio tram tour at USH. It basically almost hits the tram as it crosses the tracks. The train is still on the back lot but doesn't move anymore.

This was a welcome gift to my family from Tom Roditus who is the Senior Vice President Operations for Loews Hotels. @wdwmagic are the ip's from the Loews hotels banned in Universal because if I attempt to use broadband it gets a message saying service is unavailable. Using regular cell phone provider works though.
