ORLANDO --

Universal Orlando Resort has raised its admission prices, with a single-day, single-park pass now topping the $100 mark just days after the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World became the first theme park in America to pass that milestone.

As posted on Universal Orlando's website Thursday, one-day adult admission to a single park is now $102 for both Florida residents and out-of-state visitors. That's a $6 increase from last year's price of $96.

Single-day, single-park admission for children now costs $97.

The park to park price is what matters. At universal if you want to take the hogwarts express you have to buy that ticket.

Note, undercover tourist still has old price tickets for a little while. But don't wait long.

I bought the tickets for my September trip in Feb when I heard rumors of the price increase.
