As in San Francisco?
$271 million would be nothing to excite us. That’s like walking into a Gucci store with $87 dollars.

Yes, I agree with you—— it’s doubtful
No, Frisco, Texas where their next park is going to be built. It is possible that it was for Frisco as they likely had options lined up for the site and were waiting for the development approvals before going through with the purchase.

It's hard to pinpoint a purchase (the deed was signed last year in December) but the land was probably very cheap... so cheap Comcast probably didn't really need to report it under their earnings report. I'm led to believe this is either a massive chunk of land somewhere else or a combined payment of several locations.

I wonder how long until they connect the lands with pathways directly to each other. AFAIK, DL only had connections from the hub to each land at opening, and it was a bottleneck. I know they have exit pathways here, but I’m not sure if that will be enough.

It's the one concern I have about the park, but unfortunately, it's not designed to connect land to land at the moment.

The big difference between DL and Epic is that the entrances/exits are huge and the hub is massive.
