“Dark Universe” as a series of movies is dead, in time the name will become associated more with the land in EU. I think it’s a great name for the area.

Donkey Kong is likely a chain lift, though with the unique track design it might be tire driven. I'm not sure if it was clear in the video of the prototype.

It's a great name but a little redundant that "Dark Universe" is inside "Epic Universe".

There's already Marvel Super Hero Island in Islands of Adventure. Animal Kingdom was to feature Beastly Kingdom. Most of the areas in Disneyland end in -land.

"Dark Universe" works better as a name for the dark part of Universal Presents The Universe of Universes Of The Universe (With Universes) than it did as a cinematic universe name

Of course it's called Marvel Super Hero Island, it is an island in a park called Islands of Adventure. That makes sense. Beastly Kingdom didn't happen and who knows if that would have been the final name had it seen the light of day.
I've got nothing to defend Disneyland.

look at a Harry Potter related land in Epic Universe relative to the dual-racing roller coaster and the in-park hotel. The collection of show buildings in the HP land is believed to have two attractions. This photo also shows available park expansion areas.

Probably one of the likeliest properties to fill out the expansion plot south of Harry Potter in the years following opening.
