Haha "set in a lush green landscape" they dont know the area very well. It doesnt rain that much, gets hot (47 days of temperatures over 100 between June and August 31st), and traffic already sucks. How do I know ? Our DFW office is 7 miles south of there.

Wait... what? Talk about straight out of left field.
Wait What GIF

We all know how much Universal loves to clone things, so I can't help but wonder if we'll actually be seeing a preview of this new mini-park in KidZone.

The good news is that’s probably the last place outside of the Sudan where sprinklers are still allowed 👍🏻

I thought the same thing…kinda a cost controlled evolution of Disney quest.

For anyone who thinks it can’t work…I invite you to take a look at the parking lot Next to the Oxford valley mall in langhorne, Pa next to the abandoned sears…
…it can work

You know what's funny?
I know there's four Six Flags parks (unsurprising since Texas is where Six Flags first began) and a SeaWorld in San Antonio but I can't think of anything else that's super noteworthy there (apart from the landmarks like the Alamo and such).

Anyways....Big Bend National Park, the Johnson Space Center in Houston, and the beaches come to mind as some noteworthy things...

A lot of people and a lot of land there

Before the stupidity starts: it doesn’t make sense for Disney to build here…they’d be carving up their own market…but for Comcast? This does make sense

I hope they have good insurance, as May-August is hail season (that is when its not melting your tennis shoes to the pavement)

I was born in the area in 1974 and I have never seen a tornado in person or large hail. Possibility of severe weather isnt that big of a factor. It happens, but nothing to be taken into consideration when making a business decision.

Its not a possibility, its a fact. If its not tornados and hail, its drought and fire.
