Unable to modify my magic band colors

We are still a month away from the deadline of being able to pick our colors for our magic bands and we keep getting an error message. Has anyone else had this issue over the past few days?

How are you attempting? On the web site or phone app? Sometimes one works when the other doesn't

There are lots of reports this happening over the last week or so.

I’ll try and remember to post if I see people saying it’s fixed! :)
I called Disney yesterday and they did acknowledge an issue. The cast member was kind enough to make my changes and he said that he enable my account so that I was able to view my current bands, which he did and it works now.
He also mentioned that they are working on getting patches out in regards to the app not working at 100% capacity since the update last week.
