I called Disney yesterday and they did acknowledge an issue. The cast member was kind enough to make my changes and he said that he enable my account so that I was able to view my current bands, which he did and it works now.There are lots of reports this happening over the last week or so.
I’ll try and remember to post if I see people saying it’s fixed!
