I'm guessing that you won't have to carry anything up on your own. It will probably be a conveyor like at most of the BB attractions. I think that the conveyor will not be part of the ride though, do much of a liability.

I don't know about how many people per ride (vehicle) raft. There is (at Schlitterbahn NB anyway) a good while before another raft can be sent down after one has left. Disney will probably either find a way so that rafts can be sent down in smaller time increments or use large (family style - 3-5 persons) rafts.

Just thoughts, not anything I heard.

And....

I doubt that it would end in a Torrent style river. There isn't room for another full river at Typhoon and if they were going to make typhoon's lazy river into a "wave river" like the torrent, that would take MAJOR overhaul!

Also, while people enjoy the wave rivers like the Torrent, the lazy river is still extremely popular and I don't think Disney would turn it into a wave river. Just my thoughts.
