Two Questions about 2009 Rates??????

I know Disney usually releases the next years prices and packages in August. From past years, does anybody know if it's Early, Mid or Late August? Or does anybody have any insider tips on the exact dates?

Also, do you guys think I should book a "room only" reservation for Yacht Club at the 499 Day mark (Which is on June 21st) or just wait the extra month and a half to book the full package? I'd rather book the whole package but we've never stayed in a Deluxe before and REALLY want that Lagoon View. I don't want to miss my window of opportunity to book a "Water View" room and have them "Sell Out." The Hubby thinks we'll be fine to wait until August. What do you guys think?:shrug:

What time of year are you going? If it isnt Christmas week or Easter week or something like that I think you will be more than safe to wait and book a package!!! Belle

There should be plenty of lagoon view rooms. You will be fine waiting.

You will really enjoy the YC. We've been there seven times over the years including their first year. It is our favorite resort.

Unless you are planning to go for Easter, Christmas or maybe 4th of July, I wouldn't worry about it. Packages were out early August last year.
