Tusker House Restaurant

We are going in the end of january and we wanna try the Tusker House Restaurant breakfast with Donald. We'll be doing it for the first time and I wanna know if it is worth it.

We wil be 2 families of 3 people each being two 6 year old girls.

I never did the one at Tusker House but, I did do the old one . We thought it was great and the kids had a ball. The buffet had good choices of hot food and other offerings as well (fruit, bagels, muffins etc.). The character interaction was wonderful, I would definately give it a try.

We did the breakfast at Tusker House last year, and I thought it was great. We have reservations for our next trip in two weeks. We had an early reservation, before the park opened. Our service was good, the coffee was excellent (Joffrey's special blend), the juice was great (Jungle Juice), food was was hot and fresh. My favorite breakfast on property was Crystal Palace, but now it think it's a tie with Tusker House.

Donalds Safari Breakfast (Tusker House) is our favorite character meal. We enjoy the food and think that the character interaction is great.

I never ate breakfast there but their lunch was so good I imagine the breakfast has got to be good too.

Here's another thumbs up vote for Tusker House. Try to get an early reservation - place was only half full when we were there, and we had really good character attention. Mickey came out and got all the kids and did a dance all around the restaurant. Loved the jungle juice, and the food was fresh and hot.

I love Donald's Safari Breakfast too! We ate there last year in October and really enjoyed the food and characters. Also, the special juice they have there is delicious! My hubby and I are going back in a few weeks.

Donald's Safari Breakfast is a wonderful buffet, and the character interaction is great. I don't think you'll be disappointed. I did it a few weeks ago with two teen boys. They posed for pics and made multiple trips to the buffet.

It's great to make an early ressie if you can so you get in before park opening. If you finish before the park opens, you can be in a really great position to be one of the first guests to get on the safari.

I've already got another ressie in October for our adults-only trip. We can't wait!

Slightly OT...what is the latest reservation you can make at dinner time for Tusker House? 4 ? 4:30? 5?

does the dinner service stay open longer on EHM evenings?

We do it every year. It use to be in Dino Land, but moved to Tusker House. We love it!! Our last waiter was Louis. He was excellent!! We are going back in 5 weeks and will of course go there. We are going to ask for him again. You will love it!!!
