I am really happy that they re-opened that theater as an exibit! I love aquariums and THE SEAS felt a little like a cheat after the nifty new Nemo ride. The pavillion can again be really special if they give it the TLC it deserves.
Disney has certainly been putting money into Epcot. In the last few years we have seen Mission Space, Soarin', the boat tour updated, The Seas, Turtle Talk, a new Club Cool, new Movies (long overdue), updates at Innoventions, a new sponsor at Spaceship Earth, and soon the Mexico Boat Tour. Like or hate the changes (I like most of them), the park has been getting a lot of attention. I remember going in 1998 and thinking that it had grown a little stale. Not the case today. What's really nice is that I have seen many more people in the park during my last few visits.
WDW takes a lot of heat over the condition of it's parks. In the case of Epcot though, I have seen a ton of positive changes. As my brother said last year, "There is magic there".
