Turkey Legs

I've never had one & I don't intend to try one... they just don't appeal to me. I love smoked turkey, but those legs turn me off.

umm....last time i was at wdw, i clearly remember them having bathrooms scattered around the parks with sinks in them and rolls upon rolls of paper towels for guests use. you could try that.

Bathrooms were removed due to budget cuts

It's a nice treat, but you gotta think when ya get one. It's a huge piece of meat, a lot to finish off so if you can't eat it all ya gotta think of somewhere to keep it or throw it away, plus carry a lot of wet clothes to wipe your hands off with. Last time i had one was right before going into the country bears jamboree and had to sit through it with sticky fingers, not that pleasent. heh

What wasn't that pleasant? The show or the sticky fingers? :lol:

I've tried them several times. The taste is great, BUT the ones I've gotten every freakin time were undercooked. The meat didn't want to come off. I almost ripped my teeth out just trying to eat them. I feel like buying one next time but asking if they can put mine back in the cooker for another hour or two and I'll come back and pick it up when it's done. :lol:

My entire family loves them. I used to love eating them, but lately I prefer eating something else. I don't mind nibbling some from my mother's, but I can't eat one by myself because it's too much.

Definitely try one if you're curious, otherwise you'll never know. Not everyone likes them, but there are a lot of people that love them, as they are one of the most popular foods at WDW :lol:

If you like turkey, then you'd like the turkey legs. They're good for a quick grab & go meal.

I think they smell better than they taste.. But yes they are good- if you're in the mood for one.. They're just sooo big! I think they give those turkeys steriods :hammer:

I always like walking around whichever park I'm in while eating my turkey legs. Just the looks I get when biting into one like a caveman into a dino he killed on a hunt are worth the trip.
