Trip Report Tu in ‘25

Ever just the same
Ever a surprise
Ever as before
Ever just as sure

These lyrics came to mind when I thought about my trip reporting. (I also thought, Here we go AGAIN but the above sounds much more poignant.) It’s now that time of year when my Disney trips are frequent. And this Disney Senior loves sharing her visits with y’all because your engagement makes it fun!

Yes, there will be stuff that’s the same. Yes, there will be surprises (too soon for the reveals). And yes, there will be sun rises!

Spring break countdown is at 4 days.

Wednesday, con’t

We made our way to lunch and yummy grilled chicken sandwiches.

Guess what was next.

If you guessed, “Tu and Em go back to Sunset Blvd. for the third time”…

Why?

Em wanted to see the show for a second time (this would be my third) because it’s a very fun and enjoyable show.

We were among the first in the theater so we headed down close to the stage.

Cruella was fine though she’s been stronger in the other shows I’ve seen.

Hook was fantastic as always! We cheered, whooped and hollered loudest for him.

Alas, it was for naught. Though the audience response was loudest for Hook, Maleficent was crowned “Most Misunderstood Villain” AGAIN.

Though I’ve read of others seeing Hook and Cruella win, I’m beginning to wonder if the showtime plays into who wins, so the set can be adjusted in advance.

I’ve always seen the 12:30 pm performance.

For Em and I's show, we were cheering for Hook, but I really thought the crowd was loudest for Maleficent. But then Hook won. You may be on to something with the set being adjusted.

And I can't believe Cruella would win!! The puppies!!

I love that you and Em got to sit next to each other at ROTR Single Rider!!! We really missed so many attractions that I had wanted to check out during our October trip, and The Villains Show was one of them! I had said so many times to DH that the Villains Show was a must do and we forgot about it!
