Trip Report Tu in ‘25 *Live-ish*

Ever just the same
Ever a surprise
Ever as before
Ever just as sure
As the sun will rise
Tu in ‘25

These lyrics came to mind when I thought about my trip reporting. (I also thought, Here we go AGAIN but the above sounds much more poignant.) It’s now that time of year when my Disney trips are frequent. And this Disney Senior loves sharing her visits with y’all because your engagement makes it fun!

Yes, there will be stuff that’s the same. Yes, there will be surprises (too soon for the reveals). And yes, there will be sun rises!

Spring break countdown is at 4 days.

Since this intro needs a picture, here are Tu.

Monday, con’t

So we had the great pleasure of dining with the @Figment Forever family - Mary, Ross, Julia and Hope.

It was their first experience at Whispering Canyon and I wanted it to be a good one.

Our server was Cindy. From Cleveland.

“You don’t have a fun name,” I said to her. “And you’re from Cleveland.”

“I have a castle,” she said. “I am a princess.”

When I asked if she would take our picture I got three of these….

Cindy took our drink order first. Ross wanted a Pink Spritzer.

“We’re out of those,” she replied.

“Then I’ll have the smoothie,” said Ross.

“We’re out of those too.”

I looked at Cindy and playfully said, “Then those drinks shouldn’t be on the menu!”

Without saying a word, she grabbed Ross’ menu and did this -

“There!” Her eyes pierced right through me.

Breakfast was delish. And when it was time for the hobby horse race, these two gentlemen were called to lead the way.

Thanks to @riverside steak pictures in her last TR, I knew it was time for a return visit to Le Cellier. It has been several years since we’ve eaten there.

The filet with mushroom risotto was excellent! Every bit as good as it looked in pictures.
