Sigh.

Anything I can do about this? I'm heading to Disney tonight for Super Soap Weekend. My annual pass expires on November 12th and I ordered a Florida residents seasonal pass (cheaper and I don't go as much as I had intended to using an annual pass) instead ... can't I just show my license and annual pass and they should be able to do this for me without a voucher? if not ... how can I get a new one?

I'd go ahead and call 407-W-DISNEY to get some guidance. And still, wallpaper them documentation once you get there... license, current pass, receipt if available, credit card bill showing the charges, etc.

Definately dig up your receipts. Without the receipt showing the voucher number, they can't stop the voucher from being used and would probably not give you a new one. But with the receipts you should have no problems.

And as a last ditch effort, call the Main Switchboard (407-824-2222) and ask to be transfered to the Ticketing Office (which is *not* CRO). They were probably the office that handled your original online ticket order, and they should be able to find your original order info. They also have a lot of leeway in ticketing issues.

Thanks for all the help and advice but thankfully I panicked too soon and found the voucher! lol

I'm glad that you found your voucher. You should make a photocopy of the voucher and your sales receipt now and a front & back copy of your actual AP after it is issued. Keep the copies in a safe, but separate location - like you would a copy of a passport. Then, if you lose your AP, it can quickly and easily be reissued based on the photocopy of your AP and the sales receipt.

Backups are a good thing. When I got my new AP at the ticket window at EPCOT back at C25, I used my cell phone to snap an image of the back of it just in case I lost it that day (before I could get back to the room and jot the number down).

Did you use a credit card

One of my friends lost his and went to Guest Relations at the MK. They asked him what credit card he used, when he provided the CC number they were able to look up the sale and replaced it. It all took less than 5 minutes. As is typical of Disney Guest Relations they did a great job.
