I don't see a problem.

Seems like some people expect to be babied and pampered while on vacation to a theme park. [/B]

I don't see a problem with this. I'm sorry, the way I took it the first time I read this was like : rich, snobby people. :lol: But oh well. I have always stayed at the Deluxe Resorts, but I find nothing wrong with the All-Star Resorts either. Except, a drawback is, about the couple finding a dirty toilet and ........ yeah, that's just doens't attract me to those hotels. Although I do want to stay at the Music sometime. :animwink:

Let me clarify.....I don't go to disney to relax and have a foot rub....that's not me at least...If that's what you're into, so be it I guess.

I go to Disney to get away from the real world, and have a good time....My room doesn't have to be a virtual palace to make it any better.

The instance cited with the bad toilet is the exception rather than the rule. I've had nothing but GOOD experiences at the all stars.

That doesn't make sense. AK is the only place that doesn't have straws I think, or it may be lids. Something for the protection of the animals.

I was just thinking that too!:lol: That was probably just a bad experience, I don't think Disney would ever let that happen to often. I couldn't agree with you more about the Deluxe Resorts, but wouldn't it be great just to be catered to for just a week, since it is vacation? I don't know. No offense to any Disney Hotels. They are all really nice and great. i think everyone is is treated the same everywhere.

The all stars have a program (other hotels too?) for towels. If you want fresh shower towels, put them on the bathroom floor. If you want to reuse your towels (to save water) put them on the bars......

I think that's how it works....needless to say i get new towels every day.

I promise...it did happen! The only reason we found out other resorts did have straws was that we left MVMCP after DH found a bug in his hot chocolate (another tale alltogether!)- the only place open to eat at that time of the evening was the ff outlet at GF. As far as being pampered on vacation - Heck yes I expect it! I save as hard as I possibly can just to go to WDW!

Yes, I do too, I but my towels in the bathroom also. I like new towels in my room everyday when I get back from wherever I was. I can't stand to reuse them. :lol:

All Disney hotels offer that. At least the all-stars and the moderate resorts my parents or I've stayed at.

If the towel is hanging up, you want to keep it. In the floor or tub, you want fresh ones. You are supposed to only get fresh ones for the ones you have used. However, either I've gotten all fresh ones, or they've rearranged them (I turn them around so they are different from the layout when you get there. Is that too confusing?)

Not only is it to save water, but also detergent.

This is stereotyping, but it seems like there are some rooms that won't get fresh towels during a stay just from the stench of certain people in the parks.

Oh I know!

Oh I know, there are some people I swear that have not heard of a shower or deoderant. No Offense to anyone but please, your in Florida, it's hot, your going to sweat, almost like common since.

Hope I didn't offend anyone in anyway. Sorry If I said something wrong. Spaceship Earth (me) is known for doing that. :animwink:
