I am planning a trip with my three kids next week. Does anyone know of last minute deals for disney hotels. I will be buying annual passes so I don't need tickets. Just a room for 3 nights.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Do you have a room yet? If not, I would look ASAP as I believe most on-site resorts are fully booked for next week.

Easter week is quite busy, so you will probably have to look off-site for a hotel room at this late date.

If they aren't all booked, you can try the usual discount sites like Expedia, Priceline, Travelocity, etc. They typically have great deals for last minute booking. You might get stuck staying off site though, since next week will be busy with so many spring breakers.

Does anyone know if you can bypass central reservations and get available rooms right from the resorts. A couple of years ago I tried for weeks to book a room on New Years Eve and I called from the park directly to the resort and I received a room on New Years Eve. I was told that it takes awhile for rooms to show up in the inventory on central reservations and that the specific hotel computers where up to the minute. Did I get lucky or is there any truth to this.
