Travelling between resorts

The easiest way would be to catch the bus to eitherEpcot or the Studios, then hop on the bus to Wilderness Lodge.
You could also take the bus to MK, then the boat over to Wildernes Lodge, but I suspect that it might take longer that way.

Best/quickest/most direct way would be to to take a cab.. :lol:
But I'm assuming you meant via Disney transport.. take the bus from Port Orleans to MK, then take the boat launch to WL.

I have never tired to go from one to another, so someone else might know better.
I think the best way would be to take the bus from POR to MK and then take the boat (or bus) over to WL from there.
The fastest way would probably be to drive your own car, but if you are relying on Disney transpertaion, getting there from MK is your best option.

I would take a bus to Epcot & switch to a bus to the WL.

When I was there 3 weeks ago we had to get from the Saratoga Springs to the Wilderness Lodge. We took the bus to MK and then the boat to WL. It was kinda slow. The boats are slow moving so they take a while to get there and by the time they unload and then reload it takes a while. If you decide to use the boat make sure you just give yourself at least an hour from the time you leave your resort to when you need to be at WL

You should always leave yourself at least an hour when traveling between parks or resorts when you rely on WDW transportation. Many times you end up waiting for the bus/boat/monorail, its the rare instance when you all arrive at the same time.

Hi Lee,
The first time we made the trip from PORS to Wilderness Lodge for dinner, we water taxied to DTD and took bus directly to WL--taking about 90 minutes total. We have since done Whispering Canyon several times and now we ALWAYS take the bus to MK and transfer to the Resort Launch. This is MUCH quicker! We do the same for Hoop-de-doo @ Ft. Wilderness.:wave:
