Other cool stuff
This may be a little off topic, but I thought the people on this thread would be interested to know that the DVDs that recently came out for "Old Yeller," " Pollyanna," and "Swiss Family Robinson" are some of the best for Disney behind-the-scenes stuff that I have ever seen. If you are person who like knowing where the beginnings of Disney stuff came and how it evolved, rent or buy these DVDs. They kind of remind me of the same type of stuff found in the travel channel specials, only not about the parks.
They are double-disks, and the special features found on the second disk are cram full of Disney memorabilia, secrets (like a tour of Golden Oak Ranch on the "Old Yeller" disk), and reminescences from the actors, including Tommy Kirk, Kevin Corcoran ("Moochie"), Fess Parker, and Hayley Mills.
Like I said, sorry to stray a little, but with the conversation going like it was, I couldn't help but think that the people here would want to know about the amazing amount of cool "behind the scenes" Disney history on these disks!!
