i just saw the travel channel preview for disney christmas, and it looks AMAZING and VERY PROMISING! - this thread can be for discussion about it once it aires!

I think most of this was shot towards the end of november. Someone siad they saw travel channel crews taping during then.

We actually had planned to go this year, but took advantage of the Fairy Tale Package in August...maybe next year.

That's why disney had to cut back on all the parks they had to buy all that chocolate.lol:lol:

the show was pretty good even though i don't celebrate chrismas.

I was disapointed that they didn't show the studios mabe thats because the osbourne lights weren't there this year. mabe they'll do this again next year then the osbourne lights will be in it hopfully.

i liked wishes the best. that's because i never saw it and haven't been to disney since 2001 and i don't know when i'm going back.

You are right about when they taped it, DMC-12. I was in MK for the first MVMCP and the travel channel was taping the second christmas parade from right in front of the MK tree. I was talking to the camera guys and I came about 3 feet from the lady that narrates the specials. I haven't seen this new show, but it was the lady from the great hotels.

Doesn't seem to be on IRC yet. My cable company doesn't offer travel channel.

This is a little off target, but whenever I watch travel channel shows on Disney with Samantha Brown, I mute the sound and turn on the closed captioning so I do not have to listen to her sickeningly sweet voice. That's just DWs and my opinion.
