Travel between parks?

Is it possible to take a bus from one park to another? ie: Animal Kingdom to EPCOT? I just returned a few weeks ago and can't remember how I got from AK to EPCOT!:veryconfu It was a day in the park after driving all night!

Yes, busses run from one park to another. I took the bus from Animal Kingdom to EPCOT on our trip as well.

The 4 parks, Downtown Disney and the TTC, if I remember correctly, are all considered "hubs". A "hub" is a place from which a bus can take you anywhere, instead of having to stop somewhere else and then complete the trip from that place.
