Is there a venue for him in Adventureland? This is a fairly large production and if they're going to move it, it will require a lot of space.

If it goes to DHS, I assume it would replace Beauty and the Beast. It's a much more elaborate production than Beauty is, however, so I don't even know if it would fit in that venue.

I would highly doubt we would get Aladdin...honestly, there isn't really a stage big enough, and with enough equipment...not even where Nemo is could handle it.

I would like to say that I'm disappointed with the decision. Toy Story isn't the greatest of Musicals, and Aladdin is far superior. With such a local base, I wonder what the reaction to the show will be once open. This is assuming it's similar to the Disney Wonder version. Aladdin was a wonderful production, let's hope it finds a new home somewhere, but that's showbiz for ya.

If it's anything like the one that plays on the disney wonder, then I will have to add this move to my worst disney moves list. I don't say this about a lot of disney shows but toy story the musical on the wonder in my opnion was terrible. I was actually itching for it to end. The sets were nice but the songs were dumb and there was no heart. I do understand that was a ship but if it's the same it has made the list lol. But the theater of the stars can be expanded further back more to the service road where you exit after a late Fantasmic show. There's a lot of room back there. Or we can knock the cars meet and greet area down and add on to the premier theatre to the entrance to the stage 1 store ;)

A few years back there was talk of putting in a Broadway style theater as a separately ticketed item outside of the studios.

However, now I think it should be put on Pleasure Island. I would love to see a show of Aladdin's caliber come to WDW.

Nope. Not gonna happen.

And I'm not exactly thrilled TS is going to have yet another attraction based off of it. The DCL show is not exactly beloved, although this show will be reworked and not be simply a copy of the show at sea.

But I just look at and compare Nemo at DAK to Aladdin at DCA and there's no comparison at all. One is the closest thing to a Broadway show you'll see in a theme park and the other is a nice show, largely for kids, that gets boring after you've seen it a few times.

Never gonna happen. The only venue that could hold it is the one in AK, and Nemo fits that theater much better.

I've advocated this for years! I've always thought that there should be a Broadway-style theatre somewhere in Downtown Disney, where Disney could bring their actual Broadway shows, as well as other concerts or touring productions. Pleasure Island's occupancy problems make this idea even more appealing.

Peter: ..."It's just been revoked!"

Brian: Uh, Peter he didn't really set you up for that Lethal Weapon line.

Peter: Oh. *pause* "I'll have what she's having!"

Brian: That's...better?

I love Genie's pop culture jokes.

"Yo, Jafar, I'm happy for you and Imma let you finish, but <insert Disney villain here> is the best villain of all time!"
