Just wondering what the wait times have been like at Toy Story Mania. I remember hearing when it first opened of it having insane wait times. Have they come down at all?? Curious to see what you all have to say.

We went last week and it had long lines all day. We got to DHS at 8:30 and the fastpass was already @12:30. However the ride was awesome!!!! I thought it would be similar to Buzz, it's not even close, Buzz is antique compared to TSM.

Well it depends its a newer ride right because if it is the wait will probably like a few hours we recently took a trip to disneyland and the wait for the new nemo ride which isnt even really old anymore was about 3 hours at night time! So it depends

The lines all over the parks have been really long lately ... A few days ago I passed by space mountain and the wait was 100 minutes (at almost 8pm, when spectro was starting). Even the rain hasn't driven the crowds down much lately. It may be slightly better once school starts - here in Orlando we start on the 18th.

EpcotServo posted in his Studios Update that TSM fastpasses were gone by 1pm. I'm guessing the wait times are pretty sizeable because of crowd volumes and the novelty of a new (well done) attraction.

It's really an awesome ride that everyone can ride, so I don't see the wait times going down any time in the future. It think it's going to be pretty much like soarin.

When we were there in early July FP were gone by 11:15am

Every morning that I have been to DHS for opening TSMM had a posted 30 min wait within the first 10 min of opening.

Pretty remarkable, considering RNRR and TOT never come close to that in the first 10 m. of park opening.

Assuming this is true, it tells me 2 things: 1) The opening rush down Sunset must not be nearly what it used to be, and 2) The blaming of the slow moving TSMM line exclusively on FP is not entirely valid, since there's no FP return in the first 30 m. of park opening. (Or is there? Does anyone know what the first FP return time is? I thought it was 10:00.)

Does the TSMM queue really fill 2/3 up in the first 10 minutes? That's surprising to me, but not unbelievable.

I know whenever I have been there the rush is to Pixar Place now, not Sunset. As for the 30 min at opening, whether Disney posts 30 min to cover themselves or not...I don't know.

When I was last there (July 3-13) we got to DHS before rope drop, headed straight to TSMM. Two people grabbed FP for the group while everyone else got in line, it still took us 20 - 30 min to get on. Once we got off and made it to Sunset, TOT still had a 10 min wait. Take that for what it is worth, but that was my experience.

We went to DHS July 15, arrived before park opening. (NOT an EMH morning) Went straight to TSMM; walked on the ride. Exited, and saw the standby line now had a posted 30 minute wait. Pulled FP to ride again... return time was 12:30-1:30. Returned around 1, and all the FP's were gone for the day. The posted standby wait was 120 minutes.

Yesterday, 8/6, I was there at rope drop before 9 AM. I went straight to TSM Fast Pass Machines. By the time I got up to the machines (9:15 or so) the return time was 11:35 to 12:35.

And, as every other time I have been there at opening, the ride was not running to start the day. I always hear "technical diificulties", but I don't know how true that is.

During the last week of July the wait times ranged from 90min to over 2hrs. The fast passes went crazy fast. At open we went to pull some passes and and within about 30 min the return time was 4:45pm and after a bit over an hour it was 8pm.
