Toy Story Mania Help!

Hey guys I just need a little help from ya'll. I've just been assigned a project with the Industrial Engineering department here at UCF. My team was given a project based on Toy Story Mania and how to fix and speed up that mess of a queue. It would be a great help if anyone had pictures of any parts of the queue (entrance, exit, or any other parts) from opening or from before they took away the single riders. It would also be great if anyone had a layout of the queue, thats really what we're struggling the most with. None of the team members have seen the full queue (regular, single, and fastpass) and in order for us to pursue the project in the park our proposal (which requires us to map the layout of the queue system) must be approved.

I would be so greatful if you guys could help me out! Also if anyone has any complaints or suggestions I'd be happy to hear them. We have a disney engineer coming to meet with us in late October to talk about all this.

This was posted early on in the development; you can make out most parts of the line from it and perhaps a home video.

The simple way to get rid is to remove the FP Line; TSMM wasn`t designed for FP

Thanks for the picture marni! I watched some videos on youtube so I have a general feeling of the queue layout. The only question I have is if the load/unload area is the look on the bottom of the picture or on the right hand side? I'm assuming one of those loops is to store the cars and the other is load/unload.
From looking at the videos I saw it looks like you go up some stairs after the main zig zag room then down some stairs inbetween a little track loop. I can't really see where any of this is taking place in the picture.

Also if anyone else has any insights that would be a great help!

The only way to improve it would be to get rid of Fastpass. Hold on a few minutes, and I'll make a full-picture-tour-of the Queue Layout.

To the best of my recollection:

Edit: my Mr. Potato Head marking is a little off. I accidentally pointed to the wide area in the queue where guests can stop and watch him for a while. He's actually located in the open area above where I pointed.
