Someone can probably track when time is going to be blocked for cm training and that should give a good idea when the soft openings will happen.

So speculation... got it.

Listen you don’t have to believe anything, but the project is behind schedule. In a perfect world it would have already been open. The area will not be ready to take guests until a few days to a week at best before opening.

Wow when you are so just completely wrong with your information. And I will call you out on it because you are just plain wrong.

FWIW, I contacted Passholder guest services yesterday for an unrelated issue but figured I'd ask about a possible AP preview. The rep said they hadn't been told anything but was personally not expecting one based on how far in advance the Pandora previews were announced and started in relation to opening day.

Thanks for the info. Looks like pretty much a given at this point. Thought for sure when we booked our trip 14th-24th awhile back it would be open or at very worst doing previews.will have to hope we catch a break and we get randomly picked to check it out like we did for NFL or maybe a brief soft open.

There might still be hope for soft openings during that time, just not very likely for an organized, large-scale AP preview.

The site that shall not be named said that they're holding AP previews in September. How are they gonna hold AP previews of a land that's already open to the general public?

I assume it is their way to makeup for no previews at all. Give AP's exclusive access in September in hopes most will hold off coming right away.

Good point.

There are DVC Midnight Magic events there too, in September I think. The Epcot one sold out in an hour yesterday, I imagine the DHS one will sell out just as quickly.

Actually, given the timing coincidence, I'm wondering if the site that shall not be named has it's facts right.

I saw screenshots of the event temporarily being listed on the Passholders Events page on a WDW Passholder Facebook group this morning before that site posted about it. It's limited to Gold Passholders and higher.

Ah OK. They're obviously holding these events partly at least as recompense for no previews then.
