Those fire fighters I assume are use to having their way. I know a cop up there who is under investigation and his union because you have to pay in to be a cop and you get paid out when you retiree, kind of a under the table pension plan. Fire fighter boy may be a union head something like that and their pretty much Dons.

Know that system too, It was really common for many government jobs, You wanted one you paid the shop steward a fixed sum for the type of job you wanted.
