Touring plans numbers seem off

We're going to WDW from June 1-June 6. Touring plans has Memorial Day
at 5's and the rest of the week at 6's and 7's. Do you think that this is accurate? It seems that Memorial Day would have large crowds.

I have been on Memorial Day a few times and 5 seems about right. Mk is real busy but the other 3 parks are crowded but nothing too terrible.

Check the website for corrections

They have put up a revised crowd level/best day chart at touringplans.com. They corrected the crowd levels for the week of the 05/05/05 kickoff and had MK dropping to a 3 on 05/10. WRONG! It was more crowded than on 05/05/05!

The new promotion is bringing them in and the pressure on the parks is ramping up a little faster than historically normal. I was thinking the last really big draw was 1999-2000 millenium celebration as the 100 years didn't get off the ground with the effect of 9/11. It's been 5 going on 6 years since the turn of the century and it looks to me like there are specifically enough new stuff to draw people back in for the celebration.

This may be because Memorial Day is not observed like it used to be. My boys still have school, alot of folks still have to work; it's not a V-day like President's Day or MLK day anymore.
