I agree with everything but Tom Sawyer really, because that ride is sort of something that you can't take away. You may say it is outdated, but IMO it never really ages, due to the fact its an instant classic. A huge island to explore with caves and fun, what more could you ask for?

I actually think we got our version of Matterhorn in the form of Expedition Everest. Both focus on the same thing but have a different storyline.

Maybe HISTA can be updated but if they want to update it, I'd like to see it become a 5D movie. Seems like everyone is getting them, especially Six Flags parks beginning in 2011, and they would fit right in with Epcot since they are state of the art at the moment and thats the theme for Epcot.

What a stupid thread. Why offer a whole bunch of unnecessary and misinformed criticism of WDW without any redemption or suggestions of improvement? Urgh!

Okay, im gonna be the jerk who points out that these rides aren't all at epcot (in other words, you need to change the title). Otherwise, I think much of what you said has merit.

whoops, i didn't mean to put epcot up there! :zipit:

oh btw, sorry folks, thought i'd experiment around with a thread, i never actually posted a new one before... sorry :[ this was from another website and it seemed that everyone agreed with it...

There was actually a real proposal to make a Swiss Village in WS with Matterhorn as the attraction. imo, WS and EPCOT need this to happen.

#10: Magic Carpets of Aladdin – In an attempt to replicate the Dumbo magic, the Magic Carpets of Aladdin is another in the long line of 2-D spinning rides,

The sentence makes my head hurt.

I disagree with a few up there, otherwise we all agree the others are stale, the odd duck out, and need tooling to work.

Demolished... im not so sure of, but there are a lot of rides that need improvement or reworking. Imagination if it was brought back to its hay day, it would be great. Tom sawyers island could use some TLC and maybe something added. Aladdin is definitely in the wrong place. Stitch, has to be reworked. The one I agree with is HISTA, it is long over due for a whole new film

I agree with mostly all of them especially body wars and Imagination but not everyone will like everything. Its what to put in its place is the problem.

But Body wars...yeah...get rid....Its about time they did something with it!:wave:

Is the guy who started this thread obsessed with saying negative crap about WDW attractions and stealing terribly written articles from useless sites?

This exact same, shoddily-written article that he lifted to make this thread is also in his blog: http://hubpages.com/hub/10-WORST-Disney-Rides

Then he made a post somewhere in the middle of a thread as to whether WDW is in dark times or not, and he ripped it directly from this site (scroll down to April 6, 2007).
http://deconstructingdisney.blogspot.com/

Lots of contradictions, shoddily written work. Read the stuff before you just go blindly swinging away in the dark, man!

Top 10 things at Epcot that

Awww, what a negative thread... :(

Agree 100%. Things I may not like might be others favorite attraction. I don't want to see anything go as it would probably be replaced with a merchandise store:eek:

Tigerrace 81 you have to be kidding. How can you say the following:

"Just wondering, where is Honey I Shrunk the Audience? That needs to go." :hammer: If you don't know where it is you obviously have never seen it and thus have no business saying it should go.:fork: You should have stoped your posts at nine:D

As for the animals being locked up last time I was at AK riding the train we were told the animals do NOT have to come in for the night that some actually stay out but most like to come in for many reasons of their choosing.
