My mom is meeting us down at WDW several days later than our arrival. Her arrival date is 9/18/2008, do you think it's too late to book her for Magical Express?

call and add her

If your mom is listed as a guest in the room on your reservation go a head and call Disney and let them know one of your guest has a Diffrent arrival date
Than the rest of the party....HTH There should be no issue there!

To ensure you receive your travel documents prior to your arrival, we recommend you add Disney's Magical Express to your Disney Resort Reservation at least 10 days in advance. You can however add this service as late as 1 day prior to arrival if necessary.

Up to 3 days prior to arrival, please call your original booking source for the room reservation. If you booked with a travel agency you must call them, if you booked directly with Disney please call us.

Only if you are within two days of arrival, should Guests contact Disney's Magical Express Guest Services directly at 1-866-599-0951.

Disney's Magical Express can provide transportation to any participating Walt Disney World Resort for our Guests who fly into Orlando International Airport, with or without luggage tags and vouchers. You will receive the same seamless experience and service.

If you do not receive your DME Travel Documents prior to your arrival please follow these instructions:

Upon arrival, please take the tram to the main terminal and proceed to the Disney Welcome Center, located on Level 1, Side B. A Disney representative will print your transportation vouchers and obtain your luggage information, including your airline claim ticket numbers and a brief description of your luggage. Because we know your arrival flight, we can claim the luggage for you. There is no need to claim your luggage unless you are arriving after 11:00pm.

We recommend traveling with a carry-on bag containing anything you may need immediately, such as medications, bathing suits or items for small children. Your luggage will be delivered to your resort and placed in your room approximately two hours after resort check-in. A transportation notice indicating your pickup time will be delivered to your room on the day prior to check-out.
