Tony's Town Square...Is It Really That Bad?

Pumbas Nakasak

Heading for the great escape.
Yes its fine, the birds flying around the room crapping never actually hit our food so it wasnt really a problem, though perhaps if they had hit it it would have added flavour.

Sometimes you just have to try it yourself. I haven't yet, but that's because we only recently began sit-down eating at MK. Our problem is that with the monorail so close, we end up just transporting to one of the big resorts or EPCOT for an hour or two to eat.
I think, if you liked the idea before all these reviews, then why not try it? It obviously had some upsides and qualities you liked at first, so who's to say those things don't outshine the negatives other people point out. Either way, your eating at WDW, so I'm sure you'll be happy.

I ate at Tony's on my trip in October and really enjoyed it. The food was good and our waiter was fantastic. Our entrees did not come at the same time as our appetizers like others have had happen. I would definitely eat there again.

DD & I ate there 2 years ago for lunch and really liked it. Our server was wonderful and we thought the food was good. Dessert was the best! I would definitely go back.

We haven't been there since 2004, but only b/c we've tried some new restaurants. It was wonderful! We had an amazing waitress, too! I'd most definitely go back!

I can say that I love this restaraunt. My wife and I go there every year. We enjoy it so much we make a point to go there, it's the first restaraunt we make reservations for.

It is not the nicest, not the fanciest, not the best food.

It is a good meal, with good atmosphere, and well worth it.

Go! Make your own determination

Bottom line - it's just waaaaaaay too expensive for the quality of food.

I like going there when the weather is nice and we can sit outside and watch Main Street - that's fun. Otherwise I just feel like I'm getting ripped off.

Lunch is much better than dinner. The best part of the meal is free...the sun-dried tomato pesto with bread.

In 03 when I went I got the bread...last year I didnt and that was my fav part about Tonys!

The first time I went I got Pasta...TERRIBLE.

Last year I got a steak and it was good.
