Its on page two of the articles listed on their main page toward the bottom. It was released yesterday, so a bunch more articles have been released to push it down to page two.

This topic doesn't get nearly enough play, IMO.

I've yet to hear a satisfying explanation for why Pixar Pier cost more in real dollars than the entire original DCA construction.

Just realized I might have been confusing people when I guessed that DL is hoping to have New TL done in time for the park's 75th birthday in 2025. My math was wrong - 2025 will be DL's 70th birthday.

Not that it matters, we can seal up this thread for the next few years anyway.

I think Disney is hedging on a TL re-do until the GE situation is clearer. If Rise brings brings crowds more in line with expectations they will be more inclined to pull the trigger.

Correct. A reason they built GE was to add capacity so they could close all of Tomorrowland for a few years. If no one goes to GE, we will never get a new Tomorrowland. So if you want a new Tomorrowland, stand around GE with all your friends and make it look crowded.

This could be the Tomorrowland boat ride we desperately need. "Voyage Through the Heavens."

This would make an interesting attraction, but I don't think a boat ride is the right ride system. An omnimover would be better in my opinion, giving @Phrubruh the Horizons 2.0 attraction that he desperately wants. The attractions would show humans in the near distant future as we progress from the early days of travel in our own solar system to a future of interstellar exploration.
