To take a hairdryer or not

We are staying at Pop Century in Sept.
Hairdryers are not standard in the rooms, but can be requested when you check in.
You can receive one based on availability.
Since free dining is going on at this time, I am afraid that Pop will be full.
I can't decide whether to bring my hairdryer or just chance it when I get to the resort.

They are not that great my wife says, so she brings her own.

I agree. I have not stayed at pop, but I dont like the hairdryers at WL. I think it depends on what you use the hairdryer for....I actually use it to style my hair, so I am picky about temperature and the speed settings, so I bring my own. If all you need to do is dry your hair, then it probably would be better to use the packing space for something else.

Are they the wall units?...those are usually not as strong.
I will probably wind up taking mine, b'cause my hair is very thick & it takes forever to dry; I wash my hair daily.
Thanks for the info.!

Yes, I always take mine as well. Those hair dryers are not the greatest. I use my diffuser and my different temp settings when styling my hair, so I prefer a nice hair dryer.

Always always always BMOHD.....:king: Nothing worse than a subpar Hairdryer when you are used to the power of your own.....plus when with children its nice to have 2 to save time for multiple people in the sink area. I throw mine in my carryon....no problems.

Like others have said, they are not the greatest but they do the job. I say, if you are driving, throw yours in the car. If you are flying, save the room to bring home all of your souveniers!!!
