We just got the basic park hopper on our package right now, still debating adding the water parks, plus. I have been to Bb once and Tl twice. My boyfriend has never been to Disney period. We will be on property for 7 nights, should we add this to our package? Any thoughts on if what one we should visit or both?

It would all depend on if you plan to vistit...for the 2 of you it would be $50.00 (plus tax) to add to your hopper. This will also give you the abilty to visit Disney Quest. If you think you will visit water parks and /or Quest 2 or more time in order to get your moneies worth then yes. If you on the fence about going then I would pass. Given how your boyfriend is new to WDW I would pass...you have plenty to do.

I'd have to second that...unless you plan on spending a significant chunk of your time outside the four major parks, paying for one day in the water park will be cheaper for you out-of-pocket.

And I would hit Blizzard Beach if you have to pick one!:)

You can also wait until you're there to add it to your MYW ticket.

And as others have said, if you're only planning a single water park/DdisneyQuest visit during your trip, it's more economical to buy the single ticket. But if you plan on two or more visits, then the WPF&M option is the better value.

Hey Kasey! If this was not your BF's first time going, I'd say go for it. With this being his first trip period, there's going to be so much to do already, you would have to visit the water parks and/or Disney Quest 2 or more times during your trip to get your $ worth.

Take advantage of the pools instead of the water parks, and if you want Quest, just buy the admission at that point.

I agree with everyone else. I think a first time visit should be based more on the 4 major parks, DTD and maybe checking out a few other resorts (you know, for future trips). As it is, there is already much more to do than can be done in a 7 night trip. If you find that there is a day when he would rather hang low and do a water park, buy the one-day ticket that day. Don't put yourself into a position where you feel that you have to take more time away from the 4 main parks when there is still a ton for you/he to see and do. Maybe use the waterparks/DQ as a selling point for future trips. :drevil:
