Tip Question for Non DDP People

I am not going to get the dining plan, but if I go to a WDW restaurant and pay with my credit card (party of 3 or 4) will I automatically be charged the 18% tip?

With 6 or more in your party, you would. DDP or not DDP makes no difference for this. (I think the DDE/TiW discount plan charges 18% for all size parties.)

Correct. Parties of 5 or less will not be accessed and automatic gratuity unless they are using the DDE/TIW discount card.

They will put a "choice" of tips on your bill though. I believe they show you 15% and 20% and the option to write your own.
