Times and frequency of shows

Does anyone know where one can find time guides for WDW attractions that run at set times during the day (don't repeat continuously) like Playhouse Disney, Finding Nemo, Indiana Jones, etc.? We're going to WDW for the first time this December, and we'd like to be able to plan out which shows we'd realistically be able to fit in (between rides and meals) during each day at a park. I realize these times might change from time to time, but it would be nice to at least know roughly how many times a day a show runs and how far apart they are. I haven't been able to find any postings about this so far though (which is surprising, since it seems like every other detail is available somewhere online!).
Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

That is some great information! It puts my mind at ease that we'd be able to see most of the shows we'd want to in one day at Hollywood Studios. (We have 4 children (7,4,2, and 10 months), so I don't think we'll be spending a ton of time on the more adult-oriented rides at that park.)
