When I went to Alaska in June a few years ago, it was unusually hot (well for the people that lived there anyway, I was fine) 80 degrees, the only other day that was cooler was when we went into Glacier Bay, but that makes sense because you are surrounded by ice. The other time I went in September, was in the mid 70's.

Vancouver.
And Vancouver is a beautiful city, I highly recommend spending an extra day or two at either the beginning or end of your cruise.
