Steve Seifert aka Tikiman has the greatest website about Disney's Polynesian Resort. I visit it often as The Polynesian is one of my favorite resorts.

For some reason, I can't get to Steve's site anymore?
Is it just me?
Anyone know what's going on?
I know Steve is a member of these boards so I'm hoping he will read this and let us know whats up.

Well, he's only posted twelve times in the past six months, so unless he's just lurking, it would seem as though he's becoming an infrequent member of the boards.

Have you tried messaging him? Just because he isn't posting doesn't necessarily mean he's not checking in now and then.

I believe he used to have bandwith issues and the site would sometimes shut down until his sites month changed. But I don't remember for certain, and it doesn't mean that is the problem now. I hope everything is alright with him and the site, it is a great source of information.

I've heard through the grapevine that it's a bandwidth issue which was exacerbated by his being mentioned in Wikipedia recently.

Steve posted on another site a few days ago. It is a bandwith issue. It resets on the 4th of the month, so it should be back up later today. He mentioned the site costs him about $700 out of pocket per year, so if you like the site please consider donating via the PayPal links on the site. (unsolicited plug)

I'll mention it to my mother in law :lookaroun (She is on there quite frequently, I think! :lol: )

I hope he doesn't get socked this afternoon, too. :lol:

I'll show some restraint and wait til tomorrow to visit :lookaroun :o

He could easily pay $700 per year for a site that gives him enough bandwidth - he needs a better host.
