Oddly enough, I saw the Nittany Lions at MGM (yes, that was still the name) back in 2002. They were in town to play Auburn. I asked one of them if JoePa was with them. He said the old man wasn't much for visiting theme parks.

Oh yes, I too enjoy enthusiastically participating in the viewing and enjoyment of live tournament style physical activities and sporting events of a goal-oriented ball accomplishment nature with a number of players organized into teams using their strength and stamina together to score "points" in the hopes of being the team that is the victor.

My 16 y/o son is a HUGE LSU fan. Every trip he wears an LSU cap and/or LSU shirt. We got to paying attention and we saw more LSU gear than any other collegiate gear. And when you wear LSU, more people come up to you just to chat. It's amazing how many people started talking to us about LSU, Louisiana, etc, just because he was wearing his LSU cap. We also met many CMs who were from somewhere in Louisiana, who introduced themselves to us when they saw his hat/shirt. We also met a family on one ride, & turns out they lived about an hour away from us!

LSU gear is apparently a great ice breaker!!!!
