You know Sea World and Disney won't be far behind with raising prices.

Having visited all three parks in the past couple of weeks I can honestly say not a single one of them is hurting for money.

If you are able to make it a package deal (Airfare, Hotel, Park Tickets), the price drops considerably for everything. I was able to get Round-Trip Airfare, 3-night hotel stay, and 2-day park hopper pass for only $350.00. So when planning, think about if you can make it part of a package deal.

I never like price increases, anyone who does is crazy.

Universal is a tough one since they can better justify it (although I don't understand how increased spending on food and merch is not enough justification). I renewed my passes in March, but I think if the price for renewal goes up, I'm going to drop my passes. I'm a bit burned out on the Universal parks. They have some exciting things coming, but I will get to experience most of them under my current pass. The Harry Potter expansion will be crazy after it opens so I'm OK waiting a year or two before I attempt that one. It just doesn't make sense to pay more money when you're already bored of the product. Plenty of people will replace me though, and I'm fine with that. Maybe after a little break, I'll miss it again. It worked for Disney and now I'm excited to go back.

same here- haven't been on a "Disney" vacation in 2 years- just a day trip here and there-not even on property. Once DS grew to the all powerful 54" it was all about Universal and the steel coasters. Since we always stay at HRH, Express pass makes it that much better. I also prefer UOR hotels over anything Disney, but that said, I do miss Disney now and am getting excited to go back for Christmastime :) Our passes are up in June and I haven't decided what to do!

$92 for a one park single day? Damn. Thank God for APs.

This might be Universal's strategy to start weaning people off of one-park tickets. If the cost difference between a 1-day 1-park and a 1-day 2-park isn't that substantial, people are going to take the one that gives them more for their money.

We have been on flex pay for our passes for years, as long as we continue to pay, no price increases for us :) However, I would gladly pay it since they are keeping the parks/resorts fresh!

I just recived an email from the place we rented our DVC points for our trip in September stating that on June 2nd, Disney will be increasing their ticket prices. It didn't say the new rates, just that it was happening and to order tickets soon to get the lower rate for the passes.

Same here! I just recently bit the bullet and switched to a premier (which since I was on preferred flexpay I cannot just switch to and have to pay the down payment for) and I do not regret it for a second. Even after next year when my monthly payments go up due to no down payment it will still be insanely cheap.
