Ticket collection at DTD???

Leaving for the world tommorow from the UK so it's a bit late to be asking questions but here goes....

We have a voucher to collect our 14 day park tickets for WDW (issued by our tour operator in the UK) Does anyone know if we can take this voucher to DTD to get our tickets, guest services maybe..........?? We are planning on heading down there the first afternoon/evening and thought it would be easier than at the parks the day after?

We know we CAN do it at any of the parks, and CAN'T do it at the Dolphin as it's not 'officially' a disney resort.

Considering that DTD has a full Guest Relations area (similar to a park and not a resort), then I would say that you can probably get your passes there. I can't guarantee of course, but I would safely assume you can.

I just checked the Downtown Disney Guest Services website and they dont list Park Tickets as a service so I dont know if they do. Here is the link:

I don't know if this helps at all, but I have been able to exchange ticket vouchers for AP's at DTD Guest Relations for the last two years. Not sure if the same holds true for your situation though. :shrug:

DTD's Guest Relations can do anything and everything done at any ticket booth at any park or at the Transportation & Ticket Center.

So yes, you can take care of it there.

Read the instructions from your tour operator - it'll say where they can/can't be exchanged
