Thoughts on My Touring Plan

I would appreciate some feedback on my touring plan. Does it seem reasonable? Am I missing something?

Thx

I'm marking this page to check it when I have time.

I am one of those people who makes touringplans with sheets, times my actual movements, makes notes and changes the next trips' tp accordingly, so I love reviewing someone's!

How many people are in your group? any children? are you familiar enough with the parks to not need a map for anything?

Day 2...How will you get a FP for Aerosmith?

EDIT; ok, day 3 too.

Once you have your 3 FP+ scheduled, you can not gain any other Fastpasses until you have used or the time has passes for your 3rd FP+ time.

There are four in our group. My wife and I plus our two boys ages 13 and six. Also, my wife and I have been to the parks three times previously and the boys have been once. Plus I'm a geek and like to know as much about things as I can, so I'm comfortable navigating the parks. We haven't been though with the FP+. I'm trying to figure that part of it out.

Thx for taking a look at it!

@DisneyKingDude here is a little trick that I used to get on 4 rides quickly with just 3 FP which almost works like 4 FP+. Pick 4 rides that you want to get on using FPs+. However it works best for you ride 1 of those rides as soon as the parks opens without a FP+. Now allow enough time for that 1st FP+ and so on. Also this was mentioned in another post but I use the same formula. Try to get in as much stuff as you can before the end of the time on your next FP+. You will be surprised how much you can do and see. Again, watch the next FP+ time. Good Luck and have great time.

I am going to write one day at a time.

Day 1 looks good. Mine Train line can be long even with FP, so if you are running late, walk to Splash instead of using the train.

I feel like you are cutting it close with dinner and getting a spot for the parade, so ask for your check early.

Day 2 is SWW, so expect large crowds. Have one parent take the kids to Jedi training for sign up as fast as they can.

Get a spot for the parade 15 min earlier than you have on the schedule right now.

I am not a fan of ABC Commissary. Unless you really like something on the menu, I would suggest eating elsewhere.

Get a spot for fireworks 15 min earlier than you have right now. I like the show to be centered, so I prefer to watch from the middle of the street with the Chinese Theater in the center.

Day 3 looks good. I think you might have more free time than you think, but kids might move slowly, so you have planned well.

If lines are crazy for Astro Orbitor (which happens), swap out for Peoplemover to make it to dinner on time.

Day 4 is morning EMH at Epcot?

Test Track will not take the whole hour. Ride Test Track and then head to Mission Space. It should be less than 10 min that early in the morning.

Switch the FP from Mission Space to Spaceship Earth if you can. That one is a long line these days.

Stop by Club Cool if you need an AC break.

Day 5 - I highly suggest letting the 6 year old sit out of riding Dinosaur unless you really know he loves it.

I would also try to add Festival of the Lion King or Finding Nemo the Musical because AK gets especially hot and you will need the AC break.

It looks action packed I hope you can all keep up the pace . I would have a later start on one day, swim and relax at the hotel one afternoon for a few hours, but you would need to drop some activities . Sometimes less is more !

Whatever you do have a great time:)
